I just wanted to keep you up to date re several new features, now available which offer some simple but powerful enhancements to the operation of your Check Availability / Reserve Online system.

Usability for guests
Legend display showing colour of dates booked, available or pending confirmation. An example of this can be seen  click here . Display of all room availability on a single page (useful if you run a B&B and want guests to be able see availability of all rooms in one place). an example can be seen click here . Email notification that a reservation is being processed. The system can now automatically send an initial email to your guest, simply to them know their reservation has been submitted successfully and is being processed.

Changing existing bookings. Administrator can now change an existing reservation (rather than deleting and re-entering). If you wish the system will send an automatic email to your guest confirming the changed details.
Paypal integration for payment options.
Payments can be set as a fixed amount eg for a room, or as an amount per day calculated.

We have also added a check box to our accommodation pages asking guests to confirm how they have found us, to help judge the value of sites our accommodation is listed on.

If you would like to take advantage of any of the these enhancements please let me know and I can arrange to apply the upgrade (we have tested the process and it does not affect any of your existing booking data).
